We are not your typical fitness trainers. In fact, that is at the bottom of the list with what we are. At R.A.W Fitness, we practice a holistic approach to improving the body by brining it back to balance. We take you through individual assessments focused on the body, but we also incorporate the mind, lifestyle, nutrition and many other assessments and factors to help you get the most out of yourself, and your time here with us. Whether your goal is to lose weight or to be able to run around the yard with your children, we can help you!
We do not take the typical approach that all other fitness and health facilities do. R.A.W Fitness is designed with the “whole” body approach, also known as the holistic approach, and help implement that into your lifestyle programs and not just “gym” programs.
With a coaching program, we take a holistic approach to increase vitality and decrease stress so you can live the happy and fulfilling life you have always wanted. Taking an individual approach, we develop individualized nutrition coaching focusing on lifestyle management, eating habits and proper exercise.
Taking a pro-active approach to improving ones health and vitality through movement and exercise. Individualized exercise programs for all types of clients based on needs and stress factors. We start with a physical assessment, to keep you injury free, then build an individualized program specific to your specific needs.
